Introduction
Appletree Technical Services is an established engineering services company, set up by professional engineers, in order to provide a range of design, construction and project management services to the civil engineering, rail and oil & gas process industries. In addition we also provide staff directly to clients who employ our personel on either a contract or permanent basis under our previous name of Appletree Recruitment. The Appletree ethos is to service the best needs of the engineers who we contract to carry out works on our behalf. This means putting the needs of our engineers before our clients. In other words we try to get the best rates of pay for our engineers and try to minimise the amounts of commission and on-costs attracted by our overheads so as to provide best value to clients and the best rates of pay in the business to our most essential resource - our engineers. By doing this we believe that our clients long term interests will be best served as Appletree will be able to supply clients with the best engineers in the business.
The aim of the company is to provide a level of service that ensures that our network of professional engineers are sought after, through reputation. At the same time, the engineers themselves benefit from the continuous professional development (CPD) services provided by Appletree through channels recognised by the ICE and IMechE.
